Sushi Kai is comprised of a multi-talented team of chefs with experience ranging from 10 years plus, including experience in some of New York City's finest Japanese restaurants such as Ginza Onadera, Sushi Seki, and Masa. We consider our chefs artists in their work. Our goal is to bring an elevated unique and modern twist to the New Jersey omakase scene from our opening in 2020.
